We want you to love your custom gear. Because our products are made to order just for you, we have a unique return policy designed to give you confidence while keeping our small business running.
Damaged or Misprinted Items If your item arrives damaged, or if the print is defective, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.
How to claim: Please email us at operations@chaparralthreads.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Size Exchanges (Our "Fit Guarantee") We know buying clothes online can be tricky. If you ordered the wrong size, we want to help.
We offer a one-time free replacement in a different size for the same design.
You do not need to return the original item. Feel free to donate it or gift it to a friend!

Change of Mind / Returns Because every product is printed specifically for you when you order, we cannot accept returns for "buyer's remorse" (e.g., you changed your mind about the color or style). We encourage you to check the sizing guide and product description carefully before ordering.
Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit and the shipping carrier marks it as "lost," we will send a replacement free of charge. If the tracking states "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier directly.
